A late entry still needs its music
Adding the entry creates the slot in the running order. It does not upload anything — the studio still has to send the track in, or you upload it for them from Critique Upload & Sync. Check it on the simple report before the day.
Getting the item number right
The item number decides where the entry lands in the day. The letter is what lets you slot one in without renumbering everything after it.

Going after item 22
Use 22A. If 22A is taken, use 22B, and so on through to 22P.

Right at the start
Use a number below your first item, such as 0A, rather than renumbering the whole day.

A whole troupe
One entry per item, not per dancer. Put the troupe or studio name in the performer field.

Lots to add at once
If it is more than a handful, send a revised program through Upload Your Program instead.
