Step 1 — Choose the competition

Only competitions you have entered and paid for appear in this list.

Choose a competition to get started

Your files will appear here once you pick a competition above.

How to listen to your music

Here is exactly what happens when you press Listen to check.

  1. Your file opens in a new browser tab. It is held securely in our file library — only you and the competition can reach it.
  2. Press play in that tab. On a phone you may need to tap the file name first. Listen all the way through — the end of a track is where cut-offs show up.
  3. Come back to this tab. The approve button for that file is now active.
  4. Press “Approve this file”. The row turns green and the competition knows your music is ready.

If it will not play

Try a different device or browser first — it is usually the device, not the file. If it still will not play, delete it here, remove it from your storage, upload the original again and transfer it once more.

Replace this file

—

Only the music file changes

The performer, section and item details stay exactly as they are. If any of those are wrong, delete this entry instead and transfer it again with the right details.

Delete this file from the competition?

—

Please read this before you delete

This removes the file from the competition’s playlist straight away, and it cannot be undone. Make sure this is the right file.

Afterwards you will need to transfer a replacement from your dashboard, or the performer will have no music on the day.

Approve this file?

—

Have you listened all the way through, and is this the right track for this performance?

It is up to you to make sure everything is correct before the competition. Approving tells the organiser this file is ready to play.
